Come join us for a unique & rejuvenating experience with Alexa and Dr. Nicole! This in-person event combines a glute focused sculpt class, the ancient practice of acupuncture & meditative sound baths. Alexa will coach you through a sculpt class. After, Dr. Nicole will administer acupuncture while you immerse yourself in a relaxing sound bath led by Alexa. Come hang out and enjoy some "you time" with the best in the game.
Doors open at 6:30PM. A.S.S is 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM.
